💰 PAY & COMPENSATION

Average Weekly: $1,200 – $1,500

Pay Structure (Tiered):

0–50 miles: $80 flat rate
51–80 miles: $1.25 per mile
81–250 miles: $0.80 per mile
251+ miles: $0.65 per mile

Estimated Miles:

~1,800 miles per week

Northeast Regional (MD, NJ, NY, MA, ME, CT)
Route Info:
Multi-customer freight (retail distribution)
Mix of short, mid, and long haul loads
Freight mix impacts weekly earnings
Schedule:
6-day work week
Performance Requirement:
Must maintain 98%+ on-time delivery
