💼 POSITION DETAILS
- Home Time: Home Daily (2 consecutive days off weekly)
- Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (weekends required)
- Shift: Night Shift
- Start times between 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Shift Length: 12–14 hours
🚚 FREIGHT & OPERATIONS
- Driver unload required (electric pallet jack)
- Reload returns back to distribution center
Lane Overview:
- Deliveries throughout:
- Virginia
- Maryland
- ~1,300 miles per week
- 20–26 stops per week
💰 PAY & COMPENSATION
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,671
- Top Earners: $1,735+
💵 Additional Pay:
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop
- Load Pay: $55 per trailer
- Mentor Pay: $168/day
Mileage Pay (Based on Experience):
- 0–12 Months: $0.50 CPM
- 13–23 Months: $0.51 CPM
- 24–35 Months: $0.52 CPM
- 36–47 Months: $0.53 CPM
- 48+ Months: $0.54 CPM
📋 REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL A License
- Minimum 3 months experience
- Must have personal transportation to and from the facility daily
- Must be able to unload freight using pallet jack
- Must pass DOT physical (minimum 90 days remaining on med card)
- Must pass drug screening (hair & urine)
- Must pass physical ability test at orientation
