💼 POSITION DETAILS

Experience: Trainees & Experienced Drivers Accepted
Equipment: Reefer Trailers
Home Time: Weekly
Shift: Night Shift
Weekend Work: Required
Holiday Work: Required (except Thanksgiving & Christmas)

100% No-Touch Freight
Live Load / Live Unload
Drop & Hook

Lane Overview:

Regional round-trip routes including:
Columbia, MO
Moberly, MO
Boonville, MO
Macon, MO
Consistent dispatch and round-trip freight

Additional Notes:

24/7 operation with night driving
Winter weather conditions expected
Limited on-site parking

💰 PAY & COMPENSATION

Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,400
Weekly Mileage: ~2,100 miles

Mileage Pay (Based on Experience):

Entry Level: $0.49 CPM
1–2 Years: $0.55 CPM
3+ Years: $0.61 CPM

💵 Additional Pay:

Stop Pay:
$10 first stop
$15 each additional stop
Weekend Differential: +$0.03 CPM (Fri 17:00 – Mon 04:00)

💵 Bonus:

Performance-based bonus program available

📋 REQUIREMENTS

Valid CDL A License
Must live within 50 miles of hiring area
Must pass DOT physical & drug screening
No Owner Operators
